The main challenge was that most of the Customer Service Assistants had the same job title, had worked for the same company with very little career development for many years and wanted to work locally.

By working with each of them and listening closely to their unique needs, skills and desires I was able to individually rebrand them to achieve careers that they would enjoy with a remarkable success rate.
