Appraisal Of The Appraisal Process



Following a recent merger a Housing Association wanted to standardize the Performance Appraisal Scheme across the entire group to reflect its business goals.

Difference Experienced:

I particularly liked this assignment because it was an organisation which clearly wanted to link the Group Business Objectives directly with staff effort and performance.

So often this is not the case and appraisal becomes a ‘bolt on’ to the business which confuses people.

I developed a clear step by step group session which enabled people to understand and be confident when using their new process and delivered the programme to managers across the group within two months.
